CertsTutor collects information you provide directly to us when creating an account, taking diagnostic assessments, practicing PBQ labs, or communicating with Coach TIA. This includes basic account identifiers (email address, user ID) and study progress metrics.
Your performance data (domain quiz scores, question attempts, flashcard retention decay) is used exclusively to personalize your study recommendations, train Coach TIA responses to your specific weak spots, and calculate your exam readiness score.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and authentication is handled by Clerk. All session traffic is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS.
If you submit a score report for the 100% Pass Guarantee (available on Career Path and Founding Lifetime passes), your score report is reviewed internally solely to verify qualification and process your refund within 48 hours.
